SHIPPING & RETURN
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 1 week of placing your order, you can contact [email protected] for a status update.
We send most international packages via DHL.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. You can see the total landed cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Qamar Wa Shams have no control over these circumstances.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
At Qamar Wa Shams, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles, incense, crystals and aromatherapy products cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Qamar Wa Shams within 7 days of delivery.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.
You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at [email protected] for further details.
